Internship at Raydus

Radyus Research has established an internship program for doctoral-level students and early-career postdocs who are interested in learning more about the biopharma industry.

As part of the internship, you will be observing and communicating with our leadership team and experienced analysts. The internship will help you develop industry specific skills and will expose you to current issues in early-stage drug development. You will be asked to evaluate the scientific and clinical literature as it relates to innovative ideas for novel therapeutics.

As an intern, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks, problem-solving opportunities, and projects addressing how science moves from bench to bedside.

The internship is remote, and requires only access to a stable internet connection, email, and Zoom teleconferencing software.

Intern Requirements:

+A biomedical PhD candidate

+ Eager to learn and work on a wide range of projects and tasks

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Ability to multitask

Intern Responsibilities:

+ Analyze issues in drug development from a cell biological, genetic, biochemical and pharmacologic viewpoint.

+ Perform market research on potential clients and collaborators.

+ Acquire experience in aggregating data into Excel databases.

+ Participate in research and evaluation of marketing content and service offerings of others in the industry.

+ Analyze and present your findings to our leadership team.

The term is three months, and the expected weekly effort is 5-6 flexible hours.

This internship position is unpaid, but may lead to employment opportunities within Radyus’ expanding team.
