Dr. Anne Horgan received a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rouen (1997), then earned her PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Bristol (2001). Afterwards, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Chemistry at Yale University. Horgan has robust experience as an executive in business and project development and continues to back world-leading life sciences and technology companies as a Partner at Cambridge Innovation Capital.

Dr. Horgan is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board, bringing more than twenty years of experience in investment, technology transfer, and biotechnology research and development to Radyus.Dr. Horgan’s career experience in technology transfer started began with her role as Business Development Executive at Cancer Research Technology, where she helped to commercialize intellectual property stemming from academic research. She then transitioned to Sofinnova Partners, a leading European Life Sciences VC firm specializing in healthcare and sustainability, where she was a Sesnior Associate responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence activities, and investment support. Horgan was also a Partner at AdBio Partners, where she focused on company creation and seed investments in the life sciences. In her current role as Partner at Life Sciences Investments at Cambridge Innovation Capital, Anne is responsible for deal sourcing, investments, and CIC representation on the board of portfolio companies.
