Biography

Larry Washington holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Freed-Hardeman University (1995). In addition, he has an advanced degree in Art Direction and Advertising from Miami Ad School Atlanta @ Portfolio Center (1997). Over the years, Larry has established a deep understanding of building and marketing brands through creative strategy, planning, and great execution. His experience has allowed him to influence brand narratives, language, and positioning for global as well as small businesses. Most recently, Larry started an independent creative consultancy, MeanMore, and serves as their Creative Director, Creative Writer, and Strategist. In that role, he has helped companies with internal and external creative communication, communication strategy, and employee engagement development, working on various brand, strategic communication, planning, and creative work for agencies and businesses ranging from small startups to large corporations.

As a Team Member, Larry provides expertise in many focus areas, including strategy, planning, creative, and marketing, providing a unique perspective and versatility. Larry builds and leads teams of Art Directors, Writers, Strategists, and Planners to create work that moves the needle. He has worked with both businesses and agencies to create long-lasting, effective communication of all kinds, a skillset invaluable to our work at Radyus.

In his 25 years of experience, Washington has held several roles including Art Director/Writer at Hill Holiday (1997-2000), Associate Creative Director at Eric Mower (2000-2005) and Wray Ward (2005-2006), and Vice President Creative/Writer at Shelton Group (2006-2013). He was also the Creative Director, Strategy Lead, and Founder of BW&CO. Communications (2013-2016), and Executive Creative Director and Strategy Lead for The Partnership (2017-2019). Most recently, he started an independent creative consultancy, MeanMore (2013), where he currently serves as Creative Director, Communication Strategist, and Creative Writer.

Larry has guided several clients during his robust career, including Kohler, Toshiba, Boeing, BASF, Grainger, GOJO, Georgia Pacific, Purell, Kakona, DDPY Fitness, Coca-Cola Enterprises, IHG, Ferrari of Atlanta, Cheribundi, Crowne Plaza Hotels, NCH Healthcare Systems, Bobby Jones Golf, Purell, Dunkin’ Donuts, Spalding International, Fidelity Investments, and John Hancock, to name a few. He also created the launch communication for a new NBA franchise—the Charlotte Bobcats (Now Charlotte Hornets). Washington received a bachelor’s degree in Management from Freed-Hardeman University and holds an advanced degree in Art Direction and Advertising from Miami Ad School Atlanta @ Portfolio Center.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
